Scott Kirschke
35+ Years of Industry Experience
Scott Kirschke is the founder and owner of Frost Group. Since establishing the company in 1989, Scott has guided the long-term vision, growth, and reputation of the organization across the civil construction, forestry, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors.Scott is dedicated to building strong client and stakeholder relationships while maintaining a culture founded on safety, quality, accountability, training, and continual improvement. His leadership continues to support Frost Group in delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Terry O'Neill
40+ Years Project Management Experience
Terry O’Neill brings more than 40 years of construction and project management experience to Frost Group. As Chief Operating Officer, Terry provides leadership in estimating, project planning, business development, resource coordination, and operational execution across the company.Throughout his career, Terry has supported major infrastructure and industrial projects for clients including Coastal GasLink, Site C, AltaGas, SAS Resources, and other energy and resource sector organizations. His practical field knowledge and steady leadership help support successful project delivery and long-term client partnerships.

Darren Stalker
30+ Years of Major Project, Commercial, and Infrastructure Experience
Darren provides executive leadership and strategic guidance across Frost Group’s operations and major projects. With more than 30 years of experience across oil, gas and water cross-country pipelines, petrochemical, energy, road, rail, nuclear, waste-to-energy, wind, and heavy civil construction, Darren brings strong expertise in contract management, procurement, estimating, commercial strategy, risk mitigation, and project execution.
His experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects in Canada and internationally strengthens Frost Group’s ability to deliver complex work while maintaining strong client relationships, commercial discipline, and operational performance.

Jessica Hirsch

Jessica oversees Frost Group’s business operations and supports the strategic direction of the organization. As Director of Business Operations, Jessica provides leadership across client and stakeholder engagement, business development, estimating, resource planning, organizational planning, project delivery, operational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.Jessica is focused on building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and implementing systems that support sustainable growth. Andrew Steuart

Andrew is a highly experienced construction professional with more than 15 years of management and leadership experience and over 20 years supporting forestry, civil earthworks, oil and gas projects, access roads, mining, and infrastructure development throughout Western Canada.As Construction Manager, Andrew oversees complex field operations, coordinating personnel, equipment, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics. His experience in right-of-way clearing, access road construction, reclamation, hydro infrastructure, and civil earthworks makes him a key leader within Frost Group’s operations team.

Victor Polson

Victor Polson brings more than 25 years of forestry experience and over a decade of experience supporting oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia.As Project Supervisor, Victor oversees field operations, crew leadership, equipment coordination, safety performance, and production management on complex construction and clearing projects. His background in right-of-way clearing, heli-logging, reclamation, steep slope operations, and mine support services contributes to successful project execution across a variety of industries.

Jeremy Wyke

Jeremy is a highly experienced project controls, scheduling, and project management professional with more than 30 years of experience supporting major infrastructure, oil and gas pipeline, energy, and civil construction projects throughout North America and internationally.As Frost Group’s Senior Schedule Manager / Project Manager, Jeremy leads project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and project controls activities across complex construction and resource development projects. His expertise in Primavera P6, TILOS, project controls, risk management, commercial planning, and contract administration helps support efficient and safe project delivery.

Byron Higgs
Years of Contract Management Experience
Byron Higgs supports Frost Group’s live projects through day-to-day contract administration and contract management, working closely with project managers and executive leadership to help keep contractual requirements, correspondence, deliverables, changes, and commercial commitments clearly tracked and communicated.As Contracts Manager, Byron helps coordinate contract records, change and claims support, client and subcontractor correspondence, and project closeout requirements. His role supports active project delivery by helping project teams remain aligned with client expectations, contractual obligations, and Frost Group’s safety, quality, and performance standards.

Brian W. Snow
Years of QC and Surveying Experience
Brian is a highly experienced geomatics and surveying professional specializing in heavy civil, hydroelectric, pipeline, and major infrastructure projects throughout Western Canada.Brian provides expertise in construction layout, quality control, civil surveying, geospatial data management, and advanced GNSS technologies. His experience supporting major hydroelectric developments, pipeline infrastructure, bathymetric surveys, and complex construction projects helps ensure accuracy, quality, and successful project execution from planning through completion.

Darrin Ostberg

Darrin Ostberg leads Frost Group’s fleet maintenance and equipment operations programs, helping ensure the reliability and performance of one of the company’s most valuable assets: its extensive equipment fleet.With more than 25 years of experience in mechanical and operational leadership roles, Darrin oversees preventative maintenance, major repairs, equipment procurement, vendor relationships, and daily shop operations. Brandi Russell is an experienced quality assurance, document control, and project support professional with a strong background in controlled documentation, project records, office coordination, and project controls support.As QA Manager, Brandi supports Frost Group’s Quality Management System through document control, revision management, quality records, client submission support, and the consistent organization of controlled information. Her experience maintaining master document registers, managing approval lifecycles, performing final documentation quality checks, and coordinating with project, controls, and engineering teams helps support traceability, accountability, and continuous improvement across Frost Group’s operations.

Her commercial expertise and leadership help drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and successful project execution across the company’s divisions.
