BC Hydro
Following years of subcontract work at Site C, Halfway River Frost LP secured a Master Services Agreement with BC Hydro in 2018. Frost Group now operates as Prime Contractor for BC Hydro projects.

PROJECT
Artemis Blackwater Mine
Frost Group was awarded 142 km of right-of-way clearing, earthworks and bridge construction for the Blackwater Mine powerline, connecting the Endako substation to the mine site.

PROJECT
ConocoPhillips
Frost Group completed 35 km of right-of-way clearing near Wonowon, BC, followed by reclamation and rollback work to prepare the site for pipeline installation.
